    If you think about it, the biggest winner out of all of them is Claude's route

    Played Golden Deer, and Claude ended up marrying Petra, his highest possible support, and became king of Almyra AND married to the Monarch of Brigid, essentially ruling over both of these territories. In addition, he essentially installed Byleth as the ruler of Fódlan, so he had significant influence in a large stretch of land.

    On top of that, since he uncovered the truth behind Twsitd and destroyed most of their military, he doesnt have to worry about anymore domestic problems.

    All other routes have just Fódlan being conquered, and two of them still leave Twsitd mostly intact. Edelgard is going to spend the better part of her life fighting against them, while Dimitri is too stupid to ever realize that they exist.

    So Claude is the only one that wins from choosing his route. Crushed all opposition and created an even larger territory of his own than just Fódlan
