Cethleann, the Light Dragon:

In Seteth's office, there's a portrait of a dragon with a large single pair of horns, small claws, forget-me-nots, and a ball of light. It's normally hard to make out because of the lighting of Seteth's office, but I found a version with the brightness enhanced in the Seteth discord server.

On the left side of the Goddess Mural, opposite Macuil and Indech, there is a dragon with a single large pair of horns and small claws. Because it matches the portrait in Seteth's office and includes forget-me-nots (Flayn's favorites) and because of the ball of light, I'm pretty sure it's Cethleann. There is a chance that the portrait is actually of Seteth's wife, the mother of Flayn, but even in that case, she'd be likely to pass down the horn style and small claw size to her daughter.

At first, I thought the larger dragon on the left side of the mural would be Cichol. He's the father and therefore older and almost certainly larger. But I really doubt that he would have a portrait of himself in his office. Flayn/Cethleann is his world, after all. I guess he just had Cethleann feature more prominently than him in the mural to make her feel special?

Cichol, the Earth Dragon:

I'm almost certain that he is the dragon that's on the Church's coat of arms. This dragon has two pairs of small horns as well as small, low-profile spines. The Immaculate One/Seiros/Rhea has a much larger dual pair of horns as well as larger spines. The coat of arms also has a Bishop's mitre and stole on it, just like the statue of Cichol has. Additionally, the spiky cross that's on the Bishop's mitre looks vaguely familiar. It's not completely the same, but I imagine having the full thing as a belt buckle would be uncomfortable.

The dragon next to Cethleann on the mural has two small pairs of horns, and no spines are noticeable from the mural's level of detail for the four saints. The lower pair isn't turned down like the coat of arms dragon's are, but it's the only dragon that's left unidentified on the mural.

Now why would it be Cichol and not Seiros on the coat of arms of the Church of Seiros? I think it's sort of a sign of attribution. Seteth/Cichol likes writing stories that edify the reader, and was a priest. Maybe he was the one who wrote the scriptures of the Church of Seiros, the story of how the church began, and how the war of heroes happened. And this is his mark of authorship, in a way. Or maybe it's just a way for Rhea/Seiros to make him feel more included or something.
