I want to talk about Corrins outfit for a bit.

    Posted: 01 Jul 2020 06:57 PM PDT

I know their design is looked that way for reasons outside of lore but Ill talk about it anyway.

Also read the whole this, this first part isn't a question, it's more of a narrative piece.

Why does Corrin's armor look very different from the Nohrian Royal family when they're also part of that family before the game begins?

I can understand it being a bit of a bodysuit because I could interpret that as something to help Corrin become flexible in their movements, (Considering Xander calls Corrins sword fighting style around the lines of Unorthodox or Unique I think).

Most of the Nohrian Royal designs have the colors of Black and gold, with certain colors depending on the individual (Xander has pinkish red purple, Leo has dark blue and Camilla has more dark purple tones) along with black armor (Them being mount units). They look more ceremonial in design.

When you look at Corrin however, it's mostly grey-ish white with black in the middle and faded pearl colors around their waist. Some that look more Hoshidian than Nohrian in a sense due to it's color palette I know, it's supposed to be about the representing around both nations but I'm talking about lore wise.

It kind of looks like it was built without looking pretty in mind.

    In my opinion, this.....

    Makes sense.

This is because for most of Corrin's life before the war, they usually lived in an isolated part of the castle Rapunzel style, probably meaning they weren't meant to be known and are instead kept as a secret to anyone outside the main castle of Nohr.

Now I think about it, maybe the other reason why Corrin has a bodysuit with no shoes is because Garon knew about Corrin's dragon form Since he is possessed by Anakos, Corrins father .

He probably did so as a sign that Corrins relation to Anakos may be related to Valla's influence and that Anakos made the possession this way to make the possessed Garon assign Corrins armor to look like that as part of his last resort to give anyone a clue before he gone fully insane .

That sounds kind of a stretch but I find it interesting to talk about the lore reasons for Corrins design considering no one else talks about it other than.... well...

    Their feet that is.

Best song in every Fire Emblem game

    Posted: 01 Jul 2020 06:53 PM PDT

What songs do you think are the best in each game?

    Mine are

Fe9: Life Returns, it feels like a song that says "the story isn't over yet"

Fe10: The Devoted, this is such badass battle music, much better than the dawn brigade's battle music.

Fe13: Don't speak her name, this is a really good song, it should play more than once.

Fe14: Lost in thoughts all alone, I don't care if it was overused, it's still a really good song.

Fe15: Heriters of Arcadia, None of the songs had a big impact on me in this game, but this one had lyrics so....I

Fe16: The Edge of Dawn, This is literally my favorite song in the universe, Three Houses is my favorite game ever and Edelgard is one of my favorite characters, listening to this song almost made cry the first time I heard it.
