Why we shouldn't convince others to "admit" their favourite game/character isn't good

Sometimes I hear people saying that it is fine to like a certain game or character if they acknowledge that it is bad. Such a belief is highly arrogant because it implies that the person in question has bad taste. After all, the point of liking a game is because one finds it good so if someone likes a bad game, it means they have poor taste. This is obviously very arrogant because it implies that your own taste is better than someone else's.

Likewise, people need to stop posting Mekkkah's FE7 story analysis as proof that FE7's story is bad. Analysis threads don't actually prove whether a story/game/character is good or bad. If you disagree, prove to me that it does. If you somehow manage to provide proof of this claim, then I can easily ask you to provide proof that your proof of the analysis is valid. This goes ad infinitum, and as a result, it is impossible to prove these assertions.

Verdant Wind and Silver Snow Ending Bosses should have swapped places

So I was recently replaying some good ol Golden Deer route and remember something very interesting. Is it just me or did they mix up the two routes endings being Verdant Wind and Silver Snow? When Nemesis is revived in Verdant Wind he only talks about how he will kill Seiros on the battlefield even tho she isnt there Claude has no relevance to this fight one bit and would have served a better role against Dragon Rhea in the Silver Snow Route. Claude shows clear distain for Rhea in the better half of Late Part 1 and Part 2 where he isnt taking Rhea Bullshit anymore and learns the truth about Rhea it would have served as a better ending to VW if Claude had to fight Rhea in the end.
