Rate the units in each tier, and give Clear Explanations why. Feel free to comment on each other and discuss why you agree or disagree. Be polite, and remember, this is all in good fun. After the 24 hours, I will review all the answers and understand what the consensus reached has been, posting the result in the next round. If there is no clear majority, a tally will be made. If a tie ensues, well the round will be extended until a tiebreaker comment appears. Fire Emblem games ranked by amount of support conversations. Posted: 09 Mar 2021 06:26 PM PST I thought it would be fun to rank the games with support conversations by how many support conversations they have, just to see how they compare against each other. Aside from New Mystery of the Emblem (which I got from manually counting on SerenesForest), I got all these numbers from the NIWA Fire Emblem wiki. Fates – 1,041 Awakening –536 Three Houses – 304 The Binding Blade – 143 The Blazing Blade – 115 New Mystery of the Emblem – 103 The Sacred Stones – 83 Path of Radiance – 68 Shadows of Valentia – 33 Now you may notice that Radiant Dawn isn't listed here, and that's because of how the support conversations in that game are generic for the sake of everyone being able to support with each other. The point of the list is to compare each with how many unique supports the developers wrote for each game, and Radiant Dawn's mix and match 2 for $2 supports kinda go against that. I've made a To-Do List for Tear Ring Saga! Posted: 09 Mar 2021 04:32 PM PST A while ago I was playing Tear Ring Saga for the first time and, not wanting to miss anything too major, I followed a basic guide to recruit every unit. Unfortunately, said guide only listed prerequisite events after they were relevant, as it turns out that Runan has to visit a specific house early on to recruit at least three characters down the line AND is the only way you can get an important promotion item for another character. So, I was miffed enough at the guide to write up my own guide to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else. Here's the guide! If there is anything I am missing, please let me know. I'll be updating this guide as much as possible so as to include everything. It's still kind of a work in progress as the nature of this game makes me hesitant to say it's totally complete, and because you're not going to be able to trigger every cutscene in the game due to limited choices and route splits, but this should let new players experience the game for themselves. There are also some sections I would like to clarify further and some silly strategies to bypass meeting certain requirements (mostly to do with Ezekiel & Leteena) but I'm happy enough with it to share it with everyone else, at least. I really recommend anyone who loves Fire Emblem to play this game. From the outset I could tell that the game was something special, if just a bit obtuse and obscure it is to recruit certain characters. I hope that this guide will entice players sitting on the fence to do so. Single-player Video Game Experience Survey Posted: 09 Mar 2021 04:04 AM PST Hi r/fireemblem, My name is Thor Janson, and I'm a Cognition and Communication Master's student at the University of Copenhagen. I am currently working on a research project as part of my Master's thesis, and this involves conducting a survey that aims to investigate players' single-player video game experience. The moderators of this subreddit have kindly allowed me to post my questionnaire here, and I am very thankful for this.
