I'm referring to her plan in the Holy Tomb. As we saw in the game, her whole plan to have Sothis take over Byleth didn't work (though we can't what would've happened if Edelgard didn't show up to crash the party). But even if it did work, I think it's safe to say Sothis wouldn't be happy that Rhea not only killed someone she cared about, but manipulated history and people to her favor and created a society which is basically about selective breeding which can lead to all sorts of cruel abuses. All in all it was a lose-lose situation for her at the time (and depending on the route will REALLY take her off the deep end)

This isn't meant to be a Rhea bashing post, more of an observation.
