After 900+ hrs on fe3h, I think it's time to go back to a simpler time. It's been a while I dont remember how the game ever plays!

What do you guys think about critical strikes?

    Posted: 31 Jul 2021 05:36 PM PDT

Hi everyone, What do you think about the small chance of crits? I feel like they are really annoying and when the enemy does it, it's really fucking annoying but when you do it it does feel nice. I feel like the game would be much cleaner if we just didn't have them.

Of course that has its consequences like the crit archer build can't be used anymore or any crit based build. The combat becomes more figured out and more like into the breach which i personally like but a lot of people don't. You also don't get the high of getting a random crit and winning because of it or it greatly benefiting you.

The benefits are way less feels bad when your enemy randomly crits and you can rely more and more on strategy and know your moves will do certain damage and the enemies will do a certain amount of damage to you.

What do you guys think about this?

Is it normal for me to enjoy Lunatic+? Or do I just hate myself that much?

    Posted: 31 Jul 2021 09:10 AM PDT

I've been playing Lunatic+ Awakening on classic, it's an absolute absurd nightmare, but I'm having some fun, even after having Frederick killed by the bazillionth time by an enemy with Luna+

Tbh, a lot of it went over my head, but it's super cool to see the breakdown of what makes Road Taken such a bopper and how it's clearly inspired by jazz, yet is not actually a jazz piece.

Is there something niche you've been enjoying lately? Something that's bigger on the series that most people take for granted but that you really want to give a shout out to? Do you fear being shouted down? If so, then you've come to the right place! Let's get some positive energy going today.

    Rules:

    1. Don't be negative about anything
    2. You have to talk about something FE related
    3. Mark your spoilers
