    Byleth Amiibo reprint incoming

    For those unaware, amiibos generally do not get reprinted. In fact, you can see the exact timelines for reprints yourself by going through the "Date of Certificate" column. For example, Cat Mario/Cat Peach have certificates signed for Dec 23th, 2020, coinciding with the Super Mario 3D World Switch release. They have been printed once and have not been printed again since. However, the rare occasions amiibos do get released are mostly due to functionality with new games; the Kirby amiibos are being reprinted due to the new Kirby game in March.

    Alongside them, however, is a certificate signed for the reprinting of Byleth amiibo on Jan. 19th, 2022. If you haven't picked up a Byleth amiibo and are looking for one, this is your chance and I'd highly recommend you act as reprints almost never happen.

    Saying anything more would be pure speculation, so you can interpret this however you will. However, I will note that in recent years, reprints are very rare and seeing a Byleth reprint here is incredibly unusual. In the past year or so, there have only been reprints of Mario, Metroid, and Kirby-related amiibo, all to coincide with their new games with amiibo functionality.
